Delivery Methods
PharmacyCY offers different delivery methods for orders within Cyprus and international orders.
Deliveries Within Cyprus
Orders within Cyprus are delivered door-to-door by Geniki Taxydromiki to the address provided during checkout.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode and telephone number. The courier may contact the recipient before attempting delivery.
Estimated delivery time within Cyprus is 1–2 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may require an additional business day.
International Deliveries
International orders are dispatched through Cyprus Post and delivered by the local postal service in the destination country.
Estimated delivery times are:
- European countries: 5–15 business days
- Other international destinations: 7–21 business days
International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services and other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and arranging receipt or collection within the period specified by the courier or postal service.
Correct Delivery Information
Customers must ensure that their name, address, postcode, telephone number and other delivery information are complete and correct.
PharmacyCY is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
Failed or Uncollected Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the courier or postal service may contact the customer or provide instructions for redelivery or collection.
If an order is returned to PharmacyCY because it was refused, remained uncollected or contained incorrect delivery details, the customer may be responsible for the original delivery charge, return costs and any additional cost required to resend the order.
International Customs Charges
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price and are the customer’s responsibility.
